Vinyl High Resolution

The Vinyl High Resolution is the third member of the vinyl series and the new flagship of smart optics. Its special features include an extremely high level of efficiency and precision that enable every dental technician to effortlessly master even the most complicated work.

Thanks to its repeatability of up to 4 µm according to DIN ISO 12836, the Vinyl HR is ideally suited for all common indications in dental technology. Its further developed sensor unit with modern high-performance camera and blue light LED is state-of-the-art. Thus the Vinyl HR combines global and detail accuracy like no other. What is unique is that the user can influence the scan quality himself by activating and deactivating the high resolution mode.

Thus, depending on the application, he can decide whether high-precision detail accuracy and thus a higher data density are required or whether a higher speed with a lower level of detail is sufficient. The Vinyl HR is also designed for large-span implant work or complex bar constructions, because the global accuracy is excellent even when the HR mode is deactivated. With Vinyl High Resolution, all modules are included in the scope of delivery without incurring additional costs for the laboratory. The user can thus choose between various features depending on the project.

In addition to the condyle-related articulator scan, the multiDie, Triple Tray® and secondDie scan are also available. In addition, you can decide whether the models should be recorded in monochrome or color. The innovative Z-axis automatically moves the scan object to the correct height, which means that the user only has to intervene in the scan process in rare exceptional cases. The status display on the underside of the Z-axis also shows whether the device is ready for operation or a prompt needs to be confirmed.
